• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

• Generate content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Generate deepfakes or misleading content depicting real individuals without consent.
• Attempt to circumvent credit limits, abuse free tiers, or exploit the system.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or access the Service in bulk.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and remove content that violates these terms without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

• Your Content: You retain ownership of any original input you provide (prompts, scripts, uploaded images). AI-generated outputs are provided for your use subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers.
• Our Platform: The Service, its design, code, and branding are the intellectual property of AI Creator Academy. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform.
• AI Outputs: AI-generated content (images, videos, scripts) may be subject to the usage terms of the respective AI providers (Anthropic, Google, Kling AI). You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws and third-party terms.

• We do not guarantee that AI-generated outputs will be accurate, complete, suitable for any particular purpose, or free from errors.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Service.
• Third-party AI models may change, be updated, or become unavailable without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Creator Academy and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
